<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light emitting diode equipment and a luminaire capable of suppressing deterioration in optical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting diode equipment is provided with a substrate 2 including a surface, stepped sections 2e, 2f, and a side; a resin layer 9 configured by having recesses 8 formed on the side of the surface, fitting sections 11a2, 11b2 that are fitted into the stepped sections, and an injection gate trace 9c provided on the side; a conductive layer 5 disposed on a substrate; and a light emitting diode chip 6 that is disposed inside the recess, and is electrically connected to the conductive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
