A mobile Internet phone service system, a service method thereof, and a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) phone used therefor are provided to conduct a call without mediation of a gatekeeper during the call between internal subscribers through call agents, thereby reducing a load of the gatekeeper, consequently effective communication can be performed. Plural call agents(110) manage plural client terminals as one group, and mediate calls among the client terminals. A server(130) carries out subscriber authentication, charging functions, and additional services for the client terminals. A gatekeeper(120) is positioned on an upper end of the call agents(110), manages client terminal-related information that the call agents(110) take charge of, and executes a call setup function for an external communication network.
