A storage unit (1) for a cabinet, especially a corner cabinet, comprises an opening and at least one built-in unit that can turn about an axis (15) and thus display shelves (16) at the opening in carousel fashion. The storage matches the turning movement of the shelves and comprises additional adjustable shelves (19,19') relative to a given shelf in changing between a resting and a using position. An independent claim is also included for a storage shelf for the above carousel.
