PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator in which it is easy to switch a sound emitting part for sound wave emission to a specific sound emitting part although a plurality of sound emitting parts are provided and its electrical circuit is simply structured, and to provide a container and an analyzer. SOLUTION: This agitator using a sound wave for agitating a liquid held in the container, the container and the analyzer are provided. The agitator 20 is equipped with: a surface acoustic wave element 24 comprising the plurality of sound emitting parts 24b and 24c different in resonance frequencies for outputting sound waves emitted by the emitting parts toward the liquid; and a drive control part 21 for switching the sound emitting part for sound wave emission to the specific sound emitting part among the plurality of sound emitting parts by changing the frequency of a drive signal inputted into the surface acoustic wave element.
