PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal apparatus to prevent an image data from being transmitted to a wrong address. SOLUTION: The communication terminal apparatus 31 transmits the image data to be transmitted to a partner in a confirmation mode. The apparatus 31 includes a storage means 39 to store the image data without transmitting it until an access requesting a transmission of the image data from the partner is brought when the image data are transmitted in the confirmation mode, a notice means 41 to notice an image data taking-out information including an access information of a sending source to the partner when the image data are transmitted in the confirmation mode, a confirmation means 43 to confirm whether a communication terminal obtained by the access requesting the transmission of the image data is for the partner or not after the image data taking-out information is noticed by the notice means 41, and a permission means 45 to permit that the image data stored in the storage means 39 are transmitted to the partner if it is confirmed to be for the partner by the confirmation means 43.
