A warning area is variably set on the basis of the target path, and width and extending length is variably set on the basis of own vehicle speed, an inter-vehicle diameter between the own vehicle and the preceding vehicle, speed approaching to the warning area of a solid article which is a determination target, relative speed between the preceding vehicle and the own vehicle.
