PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a structure capable of determining existence of abnormality of an air pressure without using a pressure sensor for measuring the air pressure in a tire 36 and to suppress manufacturing cost of a determination device for determining existence of abnormality. SOLUTION: A load measuring device for measuring load applied to a wheel 34 is installed to a rolling bearing unit 31 for supporting the wheel for rotatably supporting the wheel 34 relative to a suspension device. Further, a determination unit inputted with a load signal indicating a measured value of the load measuring device determines existence of abnormality of the air pressure of the tire 36 based on the load signal.
