PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolated foundation structure which employs only relatively small and simple base isolators, can suitably adjust bearing force of each base isolator according to a load received from a building, and bears the building in a well balanced manner. SOLUTION: According to the base isolated foundation structure 10, the base isolators 201 to 205 have elastic bodies 231 to 235, respectively, which exert elastic force at least in the vertical direction, and at least two of the base isolators 201 to 205 bear load components different from the other. Further, when the load components which are to be borne separately by the base isolators 201 to 205, are applied to the base isolators 201 to 205, respectively, installation surfaces 411 to 415 on the ground, onto which the base isolators 201 to 205 are set, are adjusted to altitudes corresponding to the heights of the base isolators 201 to 205, respectively, that are determined as a result of contraction of the elastic body 231.
