PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key panel capable of emitting light without unevenness from the surface of keytops. SOLUTION: The key panel 10 constituting a key input part 7 for a cellphone 1 combines a retention sheet 13 made of an elastic material with a substrate 11 with membrane switches 12 formed. The keytops 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d are bonded to key stroke parts 16 of the retention sheet 13.
