An arrangement for making the final tie-in connection between a subsea offshore oil or gas well and the associated pipeline and umbilical system without the use of divers or remotely operated vehicles and comprising a drilling guide (3), a Christmas tree (17) and an umbilical connection plate (11) to which the umbilical is connected prior to submersion of the assembly.
