<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card with the function of sounding an alarm whistle that allows a user to surely sound an alarm whistle in an emergency when the user is cut off from outside due to disasters such as an earthquake, flood, fire, and traffic accident. <P>SOLUTION: The card is composed by imparting an alarm whistle function composed of an air blowing-in port, air accumulating port, and air discharging port to a credit card, cash card, prepaid card for transportation facilities. It is unlikely that the air blowing-in port, air accumulating port, and air discharging port provided so as to impart the function of sounding the alarm whistle are clogged with dust or fine dirt since the cards are normally stored in a wallet or a card case.
