PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device capable of reducing even a radiation sound while reducing weight. SOLUTION: This exhaust device has a tube 2 connected to a motive power source 1 and mufflers 4 and 5 connected to this tube 2 and damping noise caused by exhaust gas generated by the motive power source 1. A noise reducing device 6 for damping the radiation sound caused by pulsation of the exhaust gas, is arranged on the tip side of the tube 2 inserted inside the inlet side of the rear muffler 5.
