PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parachute extruding device capable of reducing cost and improving a handling property in addition to eliminating troublesome procedure such as application for ammunition consumption and reducing mass of a vehicle body as it is unnecessary to adopt a pressure-proofing structure in the neighborhood of a parachute storage part of the vehicle body. SOLUTION: This parachute extruding device 10 to extrude parachutes D, M stored in the parachute storage part 3 to open toward the outside of the vehicle body 2 of a rocket 1 to the outside of the vehicle body 2 is furnished with a cover body 11 to cover the parachute storage part 3 of the rocket 1, an electric locking mechanism 20 to fix this cover body 11 on the body 2 free to remove and a spring 12 provided in the parachute storage part 3 or the parachute D itself in a pressure accumulated state and extruding the parachute D to the outside of the body 2 from the parachute storage part 3 at a stage where the cover body 11 is separated from the body 2 by unlocking motion of the electric locking mechanism 20.
