The arrangement has an electroluminescence light condenser (2) having its laminar uniform light and electrically connected with an integrated light emitting diode (4), such that the diode can be directly operated with an operating current of the condenser by using a rectifier when activating the condenser with alternating current through an inverter or directly through a power supply. The diode radiates an intensive selective light and can be operated without the need of control units for the diode.
