A data stream structure and a time synchronization expression method of a data stream for replaying accident data are provided to easily determine data and examine a ship accident by using a discriminator for discriminating data storing time by a file unit. A discriminator region(A1,A2) divides a data stream by a file unit. A time region(B1,B2) is used for processing a file name of the data stream divided by the discriminator region as the combination of year, month, date, hour, minute, second, and file extension. A data region(C) is used for storing the navigation data or video data or audio data. The discriminator region includes a first discriminator region for indicating the starting point of the data stream and a second discriminator region for indicating the ending point of the data stream. |
