PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material excellent in functions required for coating materials such as stainproofness, weatherability and protective function to substrates, and also exerting luminousness. SOLUTION: The coating material is a compounded product comprising an organosiloxane oligomer, a catalyst, a silane compound, a titanium compound and a luminous pigment, wherein the viscosity of this compounded product is adjusted to 50-300 mPa.s at 25°C.
