发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL RESIN AND OPTICAL ELEMENT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition for optical resins capable of producing a plastic lens having high refractive index and high heat resistance. SOLUTION: A mixture containing an aromatic polyisocyanate compound (e.g. m-xylylene diisocyanate), an alicyclic polyisocyanate compound (e.g. norbornane diisocyanate) and a specific polythiol compound (e.g. a compound containing 1,1,3,3-tetrakis(mercaptomethylthio)propane as a main component) is prepared and stirred in the range of 30°C to 70°C, preferably in the range of 30°C to 40°C to produce the polymerizable composition for optical resins. When the polymerizable composition for optical resins produced under the above conditions is molded into a lens base material, the injection strain can be suppressed and the lens base material having high transparency, high refractive index and high heat resistance can be produced by using the composition.
