PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when adjusting a position by enabling to adjust the position of a needle bar oscillating frame without using a plurality of spacers. SOLUTION: This needle feed sewing machine is provided with a frame, and a needle bar oscillating frame supported oscillatably around a parallel shaft in parallel to a main spindle incorporated in the frame and oscillating along a part of the frame. An adjusting member is interposed between the part of the frame and the needle bar oscillating frame.
