A steering wheel damper is provided to enhance durability of the product by an improved rubber connection system, to enhance productivity by simplifying the whole manufacture process, and to enable recycling of resources. A steering wheel damper comprises a plate(11), a mass(12), a plurality of rubber columns(13), and a plurality of through-holes(12a). The plate is mounted to a predetermined position of a steering wheel. The mass has predetermined weight. The rubber columns are attached to the plate by one ends, and connected to the mass by the other ends to support the mass on the plate. The through-holes are formed for connection of the rubber columns in an inserting manner. The through-holes are connected with the rubber columns by press fit. The mass is supported on the plate by the rubber columns while the plate is movable by the rubber columns. The rubber column includes a connection part(13a) at the upper end, which is reduced in diameter for insertion in the through-holes, an insertion part(13b) having a conical form for easy insertion in the through-holes, and a guide part(13c) formed at an end of the insertion part. Maximum diameter of the insertion part is greater than the diameter of the connection part, so that the plate and the mass can be prevented from escaping.
