An electric-powered toothbrush is provided to remove foreign materials like foods inserted between teeth easily and to prevent various diseases of gums from being generated. The electric-powered toothbrush includes a motor(130), a driving gear(131a), an idle gear(400), a couple of brush portions(300) and a brush holder(210). The motor(130) rotates a driving shaft(131) in one direction. The driving gear(131a) is formed on end portion of the driving shaft(131). The idle gear(400) is engaged with the driving gear and rotates in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the driving gear. Driven gears(311) to be engaged with the idle gear(400) and the driving gear(131a) are formed on the lower end of the brush portions(300). |
