摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of simply measuring phosphoric acid in body fluids without requiring optical quantification. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode structure of this enzyme sensor for measuring the concentration of phosphoric acid in body fluids is equipped with: a hydrogen peroxide electrode, a xanthine oxidase immobilizing membrane applied to the hydrogen peroxide electrode and having xanthine oxidase immobilized thereon; a purine nucleoside phosphorylase immobilizing membrane arranged outside of the xanthine oxidase immobilizing membrane and having a purine nucleoside phosphorylase immobilized thereon; and a porous film arranged outside of the purine nucleoside phosphorylase immobilizing membrane to coat the purine nucleoside phosphorylase immobilizing membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
