<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which conducts a primary check on data thought to be forged data of securities, makes a host send its original data to a predetermined decision server, makes the server determine whether to prevent forgery, and then makes printing depending the determination. <P>SOLUTION: The printer is connected with the host computer via a host interface, and comprises a display such as an operation panel.
