A composition for dyeing keratin fibers comprising a diamino-N,N-dihydropyrazolone derivative, a coupler and a polyol is provided to obtain strong, chromatic, aesthetic and selective coloration having resistance to light and washing, and reduce the time for coloration of keratin fibers. The composition for dyeing keratin fibers comprises the diamino-N,N-dihydropyrazolone derivative represented by the formula(I), at least one coupler and at least one C4-C30 polyol, wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different, and are independently linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl radical optionally substituted by aryl optionally substituted by (C1-C4)alkyl, hydroxyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, amino or (di)(C1-C2)alkylamino group, radical OR5, radical NR6R7, carboxyl radical, sulfonic radical, carboxamido radical CONR6R7, sulfonamido radical SO2NR6R7 or heteroaryl; aryl radical optionally substituted by (C1-C4)alkyl, hydroxyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, amino or (di)(C1-C2)alkylamino radical; or 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl radical optionally substituted by (C1-C4)alkyl or (C1-C2)alkoxy radicals; and the C4-C30 polyol comprises saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched or cyclic hydrocarbon-based chain harboring at least two hydroxyl functions.
