The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and is meant for hip re-replacement.The claimed method consists in that preliminarily it is drawn an autogenous graft from the wing of ilium which is grinded, there are removed the damaged hip endoprosthesis and the devitalized tissues, granulations and scars in the region of the cotyloid cavity and the proximal portion of the femoral bone. There are modeled the lateral, upper and medial faces of the cotyloid cavityÆs margin, it is installed an osseous cortical allogenic graft, beginning from the top of the cotyloid cavity defect up to the higher branch of pubic bone and the second osseous cortical allogenic graft, beginning from the top of the cotyloid cavity defect up to the body of ischium and they are fixed. Then, the installed osseous allogenic grafts are modeled in imitation acetabular component of the hip endoprosthesis, the region of the cotyloid cavity is filled with the grinded allogenic graft and is rammed, afterwards there are installed the acetabular and femoral components of the new endoprosthesis.
