PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for uniformizing an oil solution attached without damaging to multifilament which is readily damaged at a temperature not higher than glass transition temperature and a method for producing a synthetic fiber by using the apparatus. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for uniformizing the oil solution attached, a yarn through hole 5 in which gas blow out hole 7 for blowing compressed gas to a multifilament yarn Y traveling in a state in which the oil solution is attached is bored is provided and a yarn contact surface of a gas blowing-out member 2 in which the yarn through hole 5 is provided has a surface roughness finished to 0.5-5μm centerline average roughness Ra and a hole diameter D (mm) satisfies a relational expression represented by [0.15×de1/2≤D≤0.6×de1/2(wherein de (dtex) is total fineness of multifilament yarn)].
