摘要

FIELD: production of welded large-diameter tubes for cross handling of them from tube welding line to further working, namely to car for transporting tubes to finishing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: car includes movable frame, mechanism for moving it, prismatic bases for receiving rolled piece and mechanism for lifting said base. Mechanism for lifting each prismatic base is in the form of screw-nut transmission whose screw is joined with vertically mounted shaft of worm reduction gear mounted in movable frame. Nut is rigidly secured to movable cross piece carrying prismatic base and provided with cylindrical fixing members for engaging with cylindrical guides arranged in frame. Prismatic bases are mounted in lateral sides of car frame; their axis is normal relative to car axis. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of car at lifting heavy rolled products and transporting them. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg
