A lens module driving apparatus having lens barrel guide is provided to stably move the lens barrel in a camera module by preventing tilting and swinging of a reciprocating member. A lens barrel has at least one lens, and is guided by plural guide member. An actuator(20) has an output member(25) to generate a driving force. A reciprocating member(30) has a first connection(32a) connected to the output member of the actuator, and a second connection(32b) connected to the lens barrel. The reciprocating member is reciprocated in an optical direction by the actuator. A bracket has a guide groove(42) for guiding the reciprocating member.
