THE DEVICE FOR WASHING GRAVELS USING CONSTRUCTION

A construction gravel washing device is provided to wash off foreign materials of gravels by spraying the compressed air and abrasive materials from an air cleaning unit and a blasting unit and then collecting the removed foreign materials in a dust collecting/separating unit. The construction gravel washing device(1) is composed of a transfer unit(15) for transferring the polluted gravels supplied through a hopper(5); air cleaning units(20,40) for separating foreign materials stuck on the surface of the gravels by jetting the compressed air to the polluted gravels delivered by the transfer unit; a blasting unit(30) for removing the foreign materials of the surface of the polluted gravels by spraying the abrasive material to the gravels cleaned by the air; and a dust collecting/separating unit(50) for collecting and separating the foreign materials removed by spraying the abrasive material and the abrasive material.
