PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery device, a content delivery method, and a content delivery program, enabling appropriate use of contents by selecting an appropriate terminal for each element content in delivering one or more contents containing one or more related element contents to one or more terminals. SOLUTION: The content delivery method comprises selecting, for each element content, wireless terminals 2 (2a and 2b) of a delivering destination based on at least information related to each element content and capability information of each wireless terminal 2 (2a, 2b) by a wireless gateway device 1; and delivering each element content to each wireless terminal 2 selected for each element content from the wireless gateway device 1.
