PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a transmission for a working vehicle such as a tractor is set to multiple stages so as to be finely shiftable to cope with various kinds of work, which makes shift operation complicated in moving on a road, and improvement of operability as well as simplification of operation is expected. SOLUTION: A gear shift lever 5 is constituted to be shiftable into an operating position P1 in which a predetermined main shift position can be switched in a state of being held into an auxiliary shift position, and an operating position P2 in which a part of the predetermined main shift position cannot be switched, and a control means 7 is provided for switching the main shift position interlockingly with the accelerator pedal operation of a vehicle when the shift lever 5 is switchingly operated into the operating position P2.
