<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavored material having the flavor of fresh milk, especially the milk texture (milk touch, milk smell, and milk sweetness) of fresh milk, the thick texture (volume texture, body taste) of fresh milk. <P>SOLUTION: The flavored material is characterized by containing a protease-treated product of a mixture comprising at least two of components A, B and C.
