PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette butt collecting device which can correspond to a free disposition of a game machine. SOLUTION: The cigarette butt collecting device 5 is constituted by combining a straight line section module 35 and a joint module 37 at a bottom section of an elbowboard 17 of the game machine. The cigarette butt or the like thrown down from an ashtray 15 is accumulated in a collection section 41 at a bottom section of the cigarette butt collecting device 5. When a driving section 29 moves a chain 27 by rotating sprockets 31-1 and 31-2, a brush 25 attached to the chain 27 moves to clean an inner bottom section of the cigarette butt collecting device 5 and throws down the cigarette butt or the like to a tank 21 filled with water in a cabinet 23.
