PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regulating work in a rotary throttle valve type evaporator conducting idle regulation and normal operation regulation, and reduce restriction to layout in an installation state to an engine. SOLUTION: An idle regulation needle valve 15 is driven into an axial hole 24 provided in a valve stem 3b of a rotary valve element 3 in the rotary throttle valve type evaporator. A normal operation regulation valve 21 to regulate a fuel flow limit value in normal operation is provided to be parallel to the axis of the rotary valve element, and the normal operation regulation valve is driven into the hole 23 to be incorporated. Tool engagement grooves 15a and 21a are respectively provided in head parts of the valves 15 and 21 for tools to be engaged in regulation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
