PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of over center on a link mechanism in opening and closing of a movable roof. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 55 is projectingly provided on a first link bar 13. The cylindrical member 55 is abutted to a plate-like member 56 provided on a second link bar 14 in the fully position of a panel 1. A plate-like projection part 57 is projectingly provided on the second link member 14. In the fully opened position of a panel 1, since the projection part 57 of the second link bar 14 is abutted to an elastic body 58, the panel 1 is prevented from being turned more over, and the panel 1 is held in the fully opened position.
