<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar greening material enabling obtaining insulation effectiveness without being affected by wind or giving a building itself harmful effect. <P>SOLUTION: This planar greening material is composed of an ALC plate, a root prevention sheet arranged on the ALC plate, a water holding material arranged on the root prevention sheet, a raising seedling plate arranged on the water holding material, and a splash prevention material arranged on the raising seedling plate.
