<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of properly exhausting an impure gas in a hydrogen gas circulating system and suppressing the amount of hydrogen gas contained in the exhausted gas to the minimum. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system 1 for supplying a refined hydrogen gas to the fuel cell 2 is equipped with the hydrogen gas circulating system 24 to make the exhausted gas containing a hydrogen gas exhausted from the fuel cell 2 join the refined hydrogen gas and to supply it again to the fuel cell 2, a gas separating device 33 provided in the hydrogen gas circulating system 24 to separate a prescribed impure gas other than the hydrogen gas in the exhausted gas from the hydrogen gas, and a gas exhausting system 38 connected to the gas separating device 33 to exhaust the impure gas separated in the gas separating device 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
