PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor device able to efficiently recover foreign materials scraped by doctor blade such as paper residue and the like. SOLUTION: The foreign materials scraped from a roll surface 10a by doctor blade 2 of a doctor bag 4 of a doctor device 1 falls on a top leaf 41 of the doctor bag 4 by moving from the upper face 2c along the upper face 35b of the top plate 35 of a blade holder 3 and falls from a foreign material-falling hole 44 formed on the top leaf into the inside of a pipe 45 for discharging the foreign materials installed in the inside.
