PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles having a uniform particle size and a good powder flowability. SOLUTION: The resin particles are produced by dispersing an oily liquid (O) containing a precursor of a resin (b) comprised of a reactive group-containing prepolymer (α) and a curing agent (β) in an aqueous dispersion (W) of resin particles (A) comprised of a resin (a), and forming, in (W), resin particles (B) comprised of a resin (b) by a reaction of (α) and (β), wherein an aqueous dispersion (X1) of resin particles (C) is formed by attaching the (A) to the surface of the (B), and then removing the aqueous media from the (X1), and the (β) comprises an active hydrogen-containing compound having a silicone group or a fluorine atom-containing group, or its block compound (β1).
