PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure air supply device for promotion of aerobic fermentation which promotes the aerobic fermentation by preventing the clogging of a nozzle hole and certainly supplying air by jetting into materials to be treated and to provide a fermentation method capable of easily performing aerobic fermentation of the materials to be treated at the actual spot or the like of generation of the materials to be treated. SOLUTION: In the device provided with a supply pipe 1 installed with the nozzle hole 16 supplying air into the aerobic fermenting laminated materials W to be treated, the supply pipe 1 is connected to a high-pressure air supply part, a nozzle body 9 is buried to the peripheral wall 7 side of the supply pipe 1 and microtubes 13 for jetting air are bored to the nozzle body 9. The materials W to be treated are aerobically fermented by supplying air or heated air into the materials W to be treated by inserting the supply pipe 1 formed in a bar shape from the periphery of the laminated materials W to be treated.
