PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition for crosslinking capable of preventing a decomposed product of an organic peroxide from blooming on the surface of a crosslinked polymer, at the same time, capable of suppressing bleeding of a blooming inhibitor itself to the surface of the crosslinked polymer and to provide a method for producing the crosslinked polymer.
