PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover component capable of improving the quality of the external appearance and the durability, while keeping the opening closing operability and the air-tightness of an opening of a housing and reducing the occupancy space in the housing for loading a storage medium, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The cover component 9 for closing the opening of the housing comprises an outer cover member 18 arranged on an outer surface of the housing and an inner cover member 19 made of a material whose elastic modulus is smaller than that of the outer cover member 18. A notch hole 27 that can accommode an end of a memory card is formed in the inner cover member 19. The outer cover member 18 is provided with a plate-shaped projection 21, projecting in a direction of its rear side and having a through-hole 22 at its root. The inside cover member 19 is provided with a support piece 28 extended in the direction of the outer edge of the outer cover member 18 and fitted to the through-hole 22 of the plate-shaped projection 21.
