PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a high-resolution A/D converter, and to perform temperature control highly accurately. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a heating part 4 for heating a temperature-controlled block 2 in an analyzer, temperature measuring means 8, 10 for measuring the temperature of the temperature-controlled block 2, and a temperature-controlling part for controlling the heating part 4 so that the temperature measured by the temperature measuring means 10 becomes a prescribed temperature. The temperature-controlling part is equipped with a temperature setting part 14 capable of changing a set temperature; a set temperature control part 20 for performing A/D conversion of an output signal from the temperature measuring means 10 and taking it, and setting the set temperature at the temperature setting part 14 so that a temperature corresponding to the taken signal approaches a prescribed temperature; and a comparison circuit 12 for comparing an output signal corresponding to a measured temperature by the temperature measuring means 10 with a signal corresponding to the set temperature at the temperature setting part 14, and controlling current application to the heating part 4 corresponding to the difference.
