PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element manufacturing device capable of preventing a member from being deformed or damaged by the thermal expansion of the member constituting a stage in a molding chamber. SOLUTION: A hexagonal bolt 32 is fixed to a temperature controlling block 20 by passing the hexagonal bolt 32 corresponding to an elastic body distortion amount adjusting mechanism through respective holes 34 of four respective disc springs 33 corresponding to the elastic body and a hole 28 provided in a heat-soaking plate 21 and screwing a male screw 35 provided at the tip part of the hexagonal bolt 32 and a female screw 36 provided at the upper surface of a temperature controlling block 20, and also the disc spring is provided between a head part of the hexagonal bolt 32 and the heat-soaking plate 21. As a result, pressing force is relaxed by deforming the disc spring in accordance with the pressure between members caused by the thermal expansion of the temperature controlling block 20, the heat-soaking plate 21 or the like and the deformation or damage of the member is prevented.
