MEDICAL IMAGE OUTPUT SYSTEM, MEDICAL IMAGE TRANSFER APPARATUS AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a medical image output system or the like which enables the image formation of a medical image on a sheet type recording medium in the same size by two or more medical image forming apparatuses.

SOLUTION: A CPU of a converter G acquires the maximum output sizes of the individual film output apparatuses F1, F2 and F3 through a communication network N and selects the minimum longitudinal side and the lateral side out of the longitudinal sides and the lateral sides of the maximum output sizes from the individual film output apparatuses to determine as the image output size. The CPU enlarges or reduces the medical image data to embed the same in the template data corresponding to the image output size together with the information of a patient converted into the image data and transfers the template data to one of the film output apparatuses F1, F2 and F3 which is the destination of the image transfer indicated by a controller C. The film output apparatus executes the image formation of the image which is based on the template data transferred from the converter G on the film and outputs the same.
