PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form labyrinth structures at axial upper and lower sides of a fluid seal of an earthing means, to prevent the evaporation and the dispersion of the fluid seal, and to enable the long term use of the labyrinth structures. SOLUTION: A bush 200 and a rotor hub 300 are made to face the protrusion 110 of an axial body 100 with gaps formed outside the radial direction. A conductive fluid is filled into a fluid seal holder formed of the protrusion 110 of the axial body 100, the bush 200 and the rotor hub 300. Gaps 111, 112, 211 and 310 formed at axial upper and lower sides of the fluid seal holder are formed so as to be slightly smaller than the radial gaps of the fluid seal holder. Compatibility is eliminated between the fluid seal holder and the radial gaps, thus preventing the evaporation and the dispersion of the fluid seal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
