The invention relates to a method for production of a sample bag (1), from a film of thermosealing flexible material, comprising two opposing edges, said method having the following steps: arranging the opposing edges one above the other to form a tubular body (2), thermosealing the opposing edges to form a longitudinal sealing zone (3) between the two ends of the body (2), transversely thermosealing the body (2) to form a transverse sealing zone (4), filling the body (2) with product, produce a shaped cut (5) in the transverse sealing zone (4), said cut being generated at a distance from the internal edge (6) of the transverse sealing zone (4) and comprising at least one part essentially inclined with relation to the longitudinal (L) and transverse (T) directions of the bag (1). The invention further relates to a sample bag (1) and a longitudinal series of sample bags (1) obtained by said method.
