摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a molding body capable of obtaining a high-density molding body with excellent moldability (ease of molding) which comprises an amorphous alloy in the state where mainly soft magnetism is held. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the toner comprises a process for obtaining a provisional molding body formed of a first powder 1 consisting of an amorphous soft magnetism alloy, a second powder 2 consisting of a magnetic material, and a glass 3 having the softening point lower than the crystallization temperature of the amorphous soft magnetism alloy consisting of the first powder 1; a process for obtaining a provisional molding body by forming a composition 10 containing a binding property resin 4 in a predetermined shape; and a process for annealing at a temperature higher in a provisional molding body than the softening point of the glass 3 and lower than the crystallization temperature of the amorphous soft magnetism alloy constituting the first powder 1. The average particle diameter of the second powder 2 is 50% or less of the average particle diameter of the first powder 1. When the content of the first powder 1 is set to X [wt%], and content of the second powder 2 is set to Y [wt%] in the composition 10, the relation of 0.05&le;Y/(X+Y)&le;0.30 is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
