PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a base stably for mounting a measurement instrument and a surveying instrument on weak ground, irregular ground, and vegetated ground, facilitate measurement and survey, conduct stable gravity measurement and leveling, and facilitate carrying. SOLUTION: Radially protruding ear portions 6 are formed at positions in the periphery of the base 2 to which a plurality of stakes 3 are mounted. The ear portion 6 is provided with a stake insertion hole 7 which is a vertical through hole. An attached tube 5 is screwed on the bottom of the ear portion 6. The attached tube 5 is provided with a stake insertion hole 10 which is aligned with the stake insertion hole 7 provided in the ear portion 6 and is provided with a stake fastening screw hole 8 passing through from the side face toward the stake insertion hole 10. A stake fastening screw 13 is threadably engaged with the stake fastening screw hole 8. The stake 3 is inserted into the stake insertion holes 7, 10 and is secured by the stake fastening screw 13.
