PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polysiloxane graft polymer which can be used for various applications such as a texture improver, a surface-protecting agent, a dispersant and a lubricant, and a simple preparation method thereof. SOLUTION: The polysiloxane graft polymer is obtained by polymerizing a polysiloxane and a radically polymerizable monomer having a reactive unsaturated group, wherein the polysiloxane has a siloxane polymer unit wherein a carbon-carbon double bond is bound to a silicon atom via a group having at least one functional group chosen from an ester group, an amide group, an ether group or an imino group.
