PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging equipment capable of realizing an automatic focus function by flange back adjustment with a small-sized configuration. SOLUTION: An optical section 16 includes an image pickup device, which is moved by an optical section moving motor 20 in an optical axis direction. A signal processing section 18 controls the optical section moving motor 20 to move the image pickup device within a prescribed focus adjustment moving range so as to match the focus. A lens detection switch 26 detects mount of a lens 14. When the switch 26 detects the mount of the lens 14, the signal processing section 18 moves the optical section 16 to a prescribed adjustment start position within the focus adjustment moving range.
